This consultancy was founded by Jim Panagas, someone who has been involved in marketing, communications and storytelling for more than two decades. A writer, marketer, and strategist, Jim has served as the communications lead and spokesperson for technology and innovation businesses…spoken at trade shows and conferences…participated in webcasts, podcasts, and live streams…had articles appear in technology publications… and had posts and columns run on social media platforms including LinkedIn and X. He has most recently been doing work for the American Marketing Association Boston Chapter (AMA Boston) and the Bob Cargill Marketing Roadshow.

 

As Founder and Chief Communications Officer at Corporatevoice, A Corporate Communications Consultancy, Jim provides communications leadership by telling each client’s story, raising their corporate profile, and driving growth. He works with emerging technology and innovation companies and his work involves a full spread of communication vehicles including live streams, webcasts, video content, social media, PR and partner marketing.

 
 

As Director of Marketing & Communications at MediaVue Systems, Jim led the resurgence of this $10M digital signage company following the pandemic shutdown, He modernized and built out the corporate website, engaged in video marketing by by sharing customer vignette-style commercials through social media channels, and paid particular attention to motivating staff through internal communication.

As Director of Media Relations at Kentico Software, Jim helped elevate this $20M EU company, turning it into a globally recognized Content Management Systems (CMS) business. He secured their first time inclusion in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management – an annual, highly valued analyst report. He engaged in video marketing by interviewing executives, partners, and customers, pushing that content out through social media channels. He authored articles for leading CMS publications and news outlets.

As Vice President of Marketing at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), Jim refined the sales and marketing strategy for a $1B outsourced services business unit, shifting the focus to ADP’s full portfolio rather than individual point solutions. The sales force was armed with new collateral materials. Webcasting was used to advance the company’s thought leadership. Finally, ADP’s trade show assets were modernized with LED lighting and video capabilities, attracting larger audiences at shows and conferences.

As Vice President of Marketing for Taxware–A First Data Company, Jim was tasked with re-imagining this $20M tax software business. He introduced a slew of deliverables including a contemporary website and the company’s first-ever corporate video; he applied high-level production values to the company’s webinar program, turning it into a major vehicle for lead generation and thought leadership; and he turned the company’s user conference into a high energy cornerstone event called “The Taxware Summit.” This marketing re-launch put Taxware on a march towards industry leadership and paved the way for its acquisition by ADP.
